Grief is love that no longer has a home..

ABOUT GRIEF THERAPY

Grief is so closely linked to love. Much like waves that wash over us and eventually recede, leaving a calm and peaceful sea in their wake. In the midst of the storm, you may need support and guidance to help you through your grieving process.

Many associate grief with death. But grief can also arise from other types of losses, such as a broken relationship or a lost job. It is very common for us to avoid what feels difficult and uncomfortable, which means we suffer more than we need to and live in avoidance and fear.

Everyone handles grief in different ways. What if grief can take on various shapes and forms? And what if there isn't a right or wrong way to grieve?

Guided grief processing is an opportunity to delve deep into your emotions, acknowledge the grief, and to become friends with what feels, in all layers of yourself. The therapy is based on existential psychotherapy, guided meditations, exercises, and compassionate guidance to raise awareness of the areas in your grieving process that need extra focus and loving care right now. This could include, for example, areas where you feel stuck or that hinder and limit you.
